Most basically did not have anyone in the office that had this focus.I then asked since they do not have anyone there that could “teach” me, would I be allowed to “Learn” from an outside mentor (active investor) that may not even be an RE agent of any kind.Even though my intent was to only shadow this mentor and NOT have them actually write my deals, also I would have my broker review them before turning them in, I was told I am not allowed to “Learn” or shadow others outside of the brokerage.Now this seemed very odd to me, but from certain views I could understand why.

Sorry Account Closed , I wasn't meaning to compare those two cities, I was just trying to explain why I personally like Dallas and Atlanta over other "hot" markets from a demographics point of view.

This will give you the opportunity to ask questions and see different perspectives.In my experience, I've learned a lot just by using this technique - not everyone will have the same views.

Other than the return on investment, I would factor in what type of business and traffic you want from a community and livability point of view.

They could win the bid for the work if their bid would be competitive.The property is not in my back yard and I do not want to waste my time viewing it, if it is not a good deal.
