If you have the resources and can manage your time well, you might be able to do RE investing part time while attending school.

I've been attending so many seminars, reading so many forums, and all of the information and fluff is making me very hesitant to get started out of fear that I'll mess everything up.I don't have a real estate license, and I want to get into wholesaling, because it requires little to no capital.

If anyone is interested in attending a local meet up to meet other members eat some good food let me know I'll put you on the list.  

I've heard some mixed reviews about this seminar and was hoping someone (preferably, someone that has attended) could give me some good insight.  

This is Atlanta so I am kind of used to commmuting and traffic:)  I also attended several meetings, became a member, but did not experience any high pitching from the vendors.

Back in high school, I made a decision to attend a trade school called ACE (Architecture, Construction, and Engineering) for two years.

, I suggest you attend a few local real estate clubs and meet a few of the larger hard money lenders in your area.HML's are used to originating private loans as these.

And you get the benefit of having over 100 past ones to catch up on.Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.
