seems like houses and taxes are pretty affordable for buy and holds. 

There are still relatively affordable single family and multifamily that are cash flowing with 25% down.

I searched around the forums and haven't seen any recent postings on this topic, but does anyone have any good recommendations on Expat Professional Tax services that have experience on expats with US investment properties?
