@Keith Boley - my motivation is to be doing something I have control over - my own victories or failures (with compensation commensurate) and that actually keeps my interest sparked on a daily basis.

Six days into it and we already have a HIGHLY MOTIVATED ready to act Seller! 

Wait for a For Rent sign to go up in the yard(maybe more motivated at this point)?  

I'm working with an agent but he does not seem super motivated to help me grow my business.
