Looking at ABOR last week, there is major oversupply of new construction in the $250K - $350K Price range in Georgetown West and Liberty Hills concentrated around Ronald Reagan Bl and Hwy 29.   

I've done a lot of research in the mid west areas because of the price range.

Cash flows are certainly better in the mid West than on the west coast!
