Best area to invest in multifamily under $100k
Hello everyone,
I am looking to start out on my real estate venture and start investing in multifamily property. My question to everyone is, where is an area that is up and coming for multifamily with good ROI and decent neighborhood? I've done a lot of research in the mid west areas because of the price range. I have about $10k-$20k to invest, so if numbers work to my advantage $100k and below would be a starting point.
Thank You
