(I got my license when I was 19 but i didn’t put 100% into it because I was a broke college kid who just wanted a house) Quit my job and work to get my appraisal assistant license, and after the waiting term, continue with a full licenseQuit my job and chase private money to start flipping houses full time( this has always been my end goal was to flip houses full time) Or some mix of both.One way or the other I plan on leaving my full time job, but the responsible side of my brain is telling me to find something secure and steady while the other half wants happiness and to make my flip dreams come true!

If you have some time you could also create a spreadsheet and take everything that has been sold in your submarket on Loopnet (for like properties), and take the average, and then throw that into the mix.
