Just some food for thought.

Usually free food and free drinks.

And I know all about the Texas Tavern, that's one of both mine and my fathers favorite places to grab food! 

But, I did have to pay about $1,000 per month toward student loans, had a $300 pre month car payment, plus paying for food and clothing.

Networking with food from 5:30-6:30, There is a $20 charge for the 1st meeting, The meetings starts at 6:30 with market information and updates.

So I moved back in with mom and dad to maximize my savings (and free food). 

Just food for thought!

Each tree grows huge, supplies about 400 pounds of nuts each year, great animal food, makes great lumber.  

Here's the disconnect I think.....Asking a guest to do the following: 1) leave your place relatively neat, 2) Don't leave dirty dishes with food on them, 3) take the trash out to the trashcan outside the back door, 4) throw the soiled linens on the bath floor.....Can hardly be called 'cleaning'........

I was honestly quite good at it but here is the issue..If you are not making consistant deals, you either break even or (most likely) lose money.Every month you don't make a deal you lose money,.. marketing, food, rent, etc. etc.I tried DMM and that was just bad.
