All I saw in my cursory review of a few dozen posts in your short time here was that you like to tell other people what to do but you have literally no posts that I could find that showed you talking about your own portfolio at all like the rest of us who actually own something do....please post a link if you have one.

Monthly, review your savings, income, and where your money went.

Something like  " I noticed when reviewing the ad it was posted incorrectly  at $x and it should have been post at $y please let me know if you are still interested and will be coming to the showing on Friday.

I also look at Google reviews but they're easy to fake - the companies who fake the reviews/hire someone to write the reviews typically have them written by accounts with 1-3 total Google reviews total and so when I look at the Google reviews I take them with a grain of salt unless most reviews come from strong accounts (accounts with a good amount of reviews). 

I was then going to have a Lawyer review and tweak what they seemed fit.
