Don't forget the bidding wars that are also going on now with the extreme lack of inventory & excess amount of buyers.

Right now, inventory is low, days on market low - see how many properties have sold and for how much.

Because there is a massive inventory shortage right now (driving the seller's market) this has become much more difficult / as great deals are becoming rarer and rarer.3)  Flipping:  This is also a business.  

Sorry but this is the result of low interest rates and inventory.

Stocks are a more nuanced and (to me) fear-inducing thing altogether.The way out of our current real estate escalation (if it is in the cards) is inventory increase, debt getting more expensive, or buyer demand otherwise decreasing. 

There are a ton of agents here and inventory is close to non-existent.

Our inventory in Las Vegas, NV has dropped drastically over the last 1.5 months and is still dropping.  0.59 months of inventory and we are just starting our Spring buying season here. 

I know the market is hot and the inventory is scarce.
