Gold courses are a labor of love type thing.It was his dream to own one.

I know there are downsides to Evolve but with them handling the photos, the listings, the dynamic pricing, and most importantly - the communications with guests and housekeeping, it just makes sense, as I run a full-time business and have a family, so my time is limited.  

These properties can be gold mines.

If and when possible, I like to purchase a property with furniture already and then swap with new pieces that fit my level of quality and comfort I want to provide to my guests.  

Have you educated yourself on the process, on what it takes to choose a market, to stage, to set up the profiles, to manage the calendars, to automate the guest messaging?

In the most recent podcast the guest mentions paying uber drivers if he closes on a property they send them while they are driving around.

Detroit is such a weird market..... its like this... the streets are littered with gold if you get it right ie property management, location, produce, tenant selection, get it wrong and you will be in a world of pain.
