That is, a broker or lawyer or both, however it's done in GA, for all formal/legal communications.I see nothing wrong with discussing every detail of your deals -- including anticipated profit margins and your history of success.

Oh, and regarding the LLC - yes, Oregon doesn't have a series LLC, but from what our lawyer told us, if you don't have ~$1million in a single LLC then you shouldn't need to start a new one for each property - but, other people strongly disagree with that strategy, YMMV (and I'm not a lawyer!).

They have all documents supporting house was deeded when grandma was competent enough to sign and have lawyer signatures on everything and witnesses.

It does appear that a title company or lawyer may be best to review the terms, but I am just looking for a better understanding for myself first.
