looking for insight and recommendations for company's or individuals in Massachusetts or nationally who handle web design specifically for realtors . my wife is starting her real estate agent career and we looking to start to build her brand . but we not proficient enough to do the site ourselves .  

we get in trouble with the board of realtors if we fudge this or do not keep right up with it.if its off market.. then of course its his word is the only thing you have.and if you did have a valid and fully ratified contract with sufficient EM and no contingencies and he just backs out. you have remedies.

You have to research using the county web site and ascertain more info about a parcel before you bid.   

The problem i'm having is where to start, with all the info on the web and unlimited info on BP I still ask myself where do I start first, fix and flip, wholesale ect?

Hi, I recently bod on property and DID NOT win the bid and someone else won and Reserve Met by them......Few days down the line they backout and company calld me and explain the situation to e as see they wantes to see if I'm still interested.I signed the physical papers, sent EM & proof....Meanwhile I found another deal and want to cancel out of this...Can I easily do that ?

I work from home selling comcast cable , web design and interior design so my schedule is flexible and will allow me to do all the legwork put in some sweat equity as well as I can paint, tile, hire contractors...Anyone interested in doing a flip with me?
