Also check both Portland maps and the map app (search map app Portland) to see if there happens to be a dashed line and you can do a lot confirmation, and/or whether zoning is changing.

Every time I send a message on the app, it either cuts out parts of the message or duplicates words, example I just sent my phone number to another member, it only sent the first 6 cut out the last 4, I try again same thing, then I send with just the last 4 and cuts it out again, then I tried to send my email and it keeps duplicating it

Using a mobile app never crossed my mind.
