We have a great agent, and several friends who make great livings in creative real estate.

Obviously I need to know the address, how many bedrooms, baths, if there is a hole in the roof the size of a car, etc.

Have we all forgotten about the “old school” creative real estate investing techniques?...

He said nope, got 100% financing… I looked at him kinda funny for a couple seconds, and then I asked did you have to do something “creative” to do that?

You can get real creative with the seller... i.e. carry at reduced monthly payments, lease options, balloons with no payments, etc.
