Septic is fine, it's just not understood real well because it's a 'country thing' and most people in our society live in big cities.....If you have it inspected and it's fairly new with a plastic tank and a good working leach field, then you'll be fine.

My best guests so far have all been foreigners, who I think often appreciate value for the money more than Americans with similar income that focus more intently on most amenities for lowest dollar.
