Hi guys, My partners and I are in the midst of closing on a fund whose mandate is in buying liens and deeds from the Tax Sale across the country, in bulk and we are looking at hiring an American expert in the said field. Fund raised is closing at a very healthy figure with the bulk of Accredited Investors from Asia. Any recommendations? Hope to get some help. Thank you in advance

I do tax sale in MD. But you need an expert in the particular state you want to invest. We have a number of experts here. @John Underwood, @David Krulac @Tom Yung @Denise Evans @Jerry K. @Roy Oliphant are  some examples.

You don't have to pay me anything. I will give you my advice for free. You probably won't get near the return you think you will. Tax sale is full of risks most investors don't understand.
