We don’t have the resources for that.Food is more essential even than housing but they haven’t passed a law letting people walk out with a cart full of groceries handing the cashier an IOU.This is a problem and is not being addressed at all.

You should be able to send an address to an Investor Friendly Realtor and they should be able to do all of the leg work and return to you what an offer should be, so you just need to make the decision on whether to buy or not.

On our first property, we had some electrical issues that needed to be addressed - in retrospect, we got taken for ride by the electrician - yes, he did the work correctly, thankfully - but clearly overbilled for his time and took us for over a grand more than it should have cost based on our experience subsequently.
