Would $25/month make you uncomfortable? 

Do they perform routine inspections? 

Originally we were told they had in-house staff for most routine things, which is always good. 

Wholesaling is tough, and I am prepared to face challenges in my endeavor; but I think I can start building a consistent routine and proper education/skills to succeed.The New York City market, as everyone knows, does not make business sense to purchase by and hold properties.

I have a lot of folks who are maybe uncomfortable in booking for long term as they don't know if we will get a resurgence, or maybe everyone just wanted a few days out of the house in a solitary setting, not a crowded motel. 

If it is uncomfortable/cheaply furnished and overpriced word will spread about that too; as will be the case where I am currently living(renting).  

The room was so hot and uncomfortable, was very hard to focus, throughout the pitch.

It was supposed to be turnkey, but immediately after buying the house it needed lots of routine maintenance, gutters cleaned, trees trimmed, sink repaired, muni inspection, etc.

But that just looks like somebody that tried to continue with the inflated price routine as things shifted.
