Could the entity just transfer the deed without having to reinstate it?  

Here's my PM Agreement:Repairs – Manager will coordinate and supervise repairs on the Property and pay all bills accordingly.

I was able to have the titling agent transfer the title from my name to the LLC at closing.

Some HELOCs allow you to transfer your balance to a fixed rate loan once you use it as well.

Not sure if this is hypothetical or if you are involved but there may be several separate transactions—a separate land lease for the refinery equipment, a lease or possibly transfer of mineral rights to a third party or an oil company and the actual sell of the land.

If you didn’t transfer title when You sold with “owner financing” you probably need to go refi the property, could get dicey.

It basically goes to auction, and if no one shows up to bid then title transfers to you.  

I'm going to get one now and transfer the houses in before the end of the year.

I decided to keep the condo and rent it out (instead of selling for $400-450k) because I didn't want to spend $35-40k in commissions/closing costs/transfer fees.
