Being out of state, my knowledge of Atlanta is quite limited, and I'm hoping to get a better sense of the neighborhoods.Are there any good neighborhood guides to Atlanta or other resources that show crime rate, population growth, home values, etc of various cities and towns nearby?

I'm already doing this the hard way, painstakingly combing through city by city, town by town, looking at gross metrics and trying to dig in.

I built / or should say I refurbed studs out a 4 bd then built a new 4 bed behind it.. last year and that sold for 1.250  buyer is renting it by the room to collage students.. that's quite popular there as well. not as profitable of course as the air bnb..  

So call a few times (not too many) be super friendly (remember, this is small town lending) and stay patient!

I live in the town of Omak, about 1 hour north of Lake Chelan.

Since I'm able to find deals that have such a big, obvious value and profit margin built into them, I'm able to list and sell them for a very cheap price and still make a good profit (and the properties basically sell themselves). i.e. - My shortcomings in salesmanship are easily overcomeable because I've mastered a different part of the acquisition process - one that mostly negates the need for me to be a master salesman... does that make sense?

You will get notified when anyone mentions it in a post. you could set one up for Lancaster and maybe several towns in the area.

I can alternately do the screening/checking but I need someone local to do the rest as I am out of town.
