About 30 percent of my friends are in school for something they arent even interested in , just doing it for the partying and to make there parents proud.About 20 percent of my friends are in school for teaching, business, professional courses.About 50 percent of my friends are working 9-5 at tire shops, resturants, retail stores making minimum wage asking me what I'm doing this year and I say "traveling to europe, going to mexico, going to visit my home town, etc" and I ask them and they say," just working and taking care of the kids, we have no money"

Maybe some of you number crunchers could come up with a graphic analysis that could be applied to a broad range of properties taking into account some or all of these variables (I know you can, LOL) That's why I was saying way up there, look at each property individually and make sure it makes money, but better yet, make sure it fits your business plan and meets the type and style of business you're wanting.

I may not have a rapport yet to back up this style of business for real professionals to take me seriously yet, but I'm and few others are still solid business to work with.Now for the reasons why to work with a note finderer is because, A large majority of noteholders, at least the ones I come into contact with daily through mailings and cold-calling, either do not know that they could sell their note in the first place or are people ,either professional or not, looking sell their note but are looking to sell their note for a cash now purpose.

I'd say that the best programs out there would only get you past the birddog show, they can't possibly teach legal issues, appraising, valuation, local foreclosure aspects, property management and disposal situations.
