You try to go into the business and get involved with something where you have thousands of dollars at risk, either making or losing, and then think the whole thing can be held together with some guru contract, or some freebie off the internet. 

If you don't want to pay for an assistant to do that than that task falls on you.

Don't think of it as a specific task because it becomes daunting and seems harder than it is.

My big problem is that I do not live in the USA and I know that you can do a lot on the internet now a days but how do I go about having someone on the ground to show the property for me?
