I have heard that The Book on Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor by Han is good.

I would make sure you have a good team ready to go and be ready to pounce whenever the opportunity presents itself.From the lenders perspective, it can be kind of tricky because there are plenty of properties that cash flow well, but even fully-rehabbed they are less than 100k, which make them difficult to lend on.

Would love to get some insights on whether this is a good investment.

@Ross Hayes I know it’s difficult wondering what to do, as I’ve seen my fair share of pet damage, but honestly once you put some screening processes and money attached to it, you will see that majority of pet owners are pretty good.
