Ended up needing a plumber, and I discovered that the bathroom sink faucet needed replacing.  

Hi guys I am a new member to big pocket and I just discovered this app just by stumbling on it.

I have been studying real estate investing a little while now and I'm ready to jump in and get some units under my belt.

BTW, my family and I lived in C'ville for a while when we studied and worked at UVA.

I'm a fan of doing rather than studying but that does not seem applicable here.  

I move it around a little as I once read that its difficult to recall subject material if you only study in a single location at the same time.

This is a study I did for one of our properties. the red dots are wells the yellow border encloses out land. the only place we could have put a septic/sandmound would have been under the existing garage. 

If they insist on the full amount ask for a detailed accounting and study the governing docs.

Kevin Thiel I know it's not rocket science but if my studies are getting paid for I figure I'll study something that would benefit me.
