Many times is you start as an agent you can then branch into specialties. but at least your in the game surrounded by others in the game instead of on an island IE at home on your computer..

I talked to an owner on Davis Island and she has an extensive drain system throughout her yard to pump the water out of the back when it rains.

Hi @Jordan Solomon,In essence you don't necessarily have to tell the home owner you are currently out of state and are looking for properties in their specific state.
