Introduction and looking for property managers in the space coast

Hello Everyone,

I've been hanging around BP a little while and thought I'd join and get moving seriously.

With my introductory post I am happy to announce the acquisition of my FIRST out of state property. It is in the working class neighborhood of the space coast of Florida and I will be closing the end of next month. I am planning to utilize a property manager for this complex and would love to get recommendations from all of you, the experienced investors in this area (Cocoa, Merrit Island, Titusville, Melbourne, Cape Canaveral). The property is a small apartment complex located in Titusville,FL.

Also I would like to know if there are any local meet up /investor's networking group where I can meet and get together with other investors, realtors and anyone else involved in the REI world.
