We use cozy screening and don't really even need a SSN except if we were to evict and try to collect a judgement.Has anyone been successful in collecting a SSN number in court during the eviction/judgement process?

While I would avoid lagoons and waste water treatment plants, for sewage management options, the presence of water wells and/or septic systems should not be a deal killer, in my view, especially in light of the fact that the investors are bidding up prices for parks on municipal utilities.

Some will have dips of course but not as bad as some intown Atlanta areas.I have lived in GA all of my life but I am more of a suburbanite so do not like to be in these ultra compact areas so my views might not be the norm.
