Douglas,We've developed some economies of scale and definitely a lot of buying power with our contractors due to the number of renovations we do, but I would assume our model ("contract everything out at the best price and highest quality possible") is very similar to your business.

I have looked modular, but not into manufactured duplexes.

One was a double-wide manufactured home, and one was a house that had burned to the ground.

There is a navy base, a coastguard base, and 3 major manufacturers nearby.

However, if you had a ER and the data is received with Assessed Value you could do some quick calculations to get in the ballpark on a global scale opposed to looking up individual properties.

@Robert Obniski funny, I came across a lead a couple weeks ago for a small manufactured home in the Dells, motivated seller, but not my market and I did not feel comfortable working with them. 

On the low end, though, he charges $3,500 per year for full services, with it increasing as the scope of the business grows.It'd be great to hear how much people pay for their accountants and how much that bill increase as the business scales. 

Nothing of this scale whatsoever.
