Pay for professional cleaning services upon departure (for Dog)Many Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have any recommendations for management companies that provide tenant services in this area of the city?

I need suggestions on what type of companies I should be looking into for these types of services or what type of searches I should be conducting to find companies that do these all in one services.

The one thing we all have in common is that our working vehicles are all well-worn and do not proclaim to our tenants or the rest of the small communities we work and live in that we are making money at this.

In order to get homeowners insurance, the roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC usually need to be functioning normally and have reasonable service life remaining.Will the property appraise for the purchase price to the end buyer?

Being that I am out of town and trying to avoid hiring a management company I am considering a buying a home warranty/service contract for the appliances, electrical, plumbing, etc.  

I'm sure it's in the terms of service that we all click "accept" without thoroughly reading but know that what you post here might be read by a tenant.

See #1.3 - They CAN give you an Option Consideration (100% of the price of the option) that is at least equal to what you used (you will have already closed on your purchase of the house) for the DP & closing costs.4 - If the above #1-3 are followed, the numbers read like this:   a - Your cost(s) are:         1 -  the DP and closing costs and,         2 -  the Mortgage Payments and Tax/insur per month   b - Your tenant/buyer (your income) gives you the Option Consideration and the rent, and           pays for the rest of the monthly expenses (i.e...utilities, etc...)5 - You profits are:   a - The spread between your DP/Closing and the Option Consideration   b - The spread between your monthly costs, and your monthly incomeJust don't mix the lease agreement with the Option to Buy agreement...in any way. 

There are services that charge a hefty fee for this, but can often be well worth it if the tenant stays and takes care of the place.Best of luck!
