@Tyler Nord10 4... good luck in your search... were you the one asking me if I did indepth study of the metrics of a market.. and I answered I don't   because no matter the metics its all about the team ( good honest reseller) and PM.. all mid west markets are basically interchangeable its just picking the right team !!!
