Conroe is also very close in proximity and much cheaper than an area called The Woodlands that many companies are relocating offices to...while also still being close enough to Houston that you could commute from there.

IE received new orders to relocate, relocating for job, things of that nature.

Look to see if the state is providing incentives to business relocation.
