I have property with this type of heat and, not only were the utility costs very high, a couple of zones failed because the mesh elements in the ceilings failed.The repair cost was prohibitive when I finally found someone who would even touch it.

Fines are usually in the neighborhood of $10k+ EACH, plus a prohibition from getting a license for x number of years.I don't see where an LLC or Corp is going to help in wholesaling as far as protecting you.

While the cash flow won't be as high, the small mountain towns rely quite a bit on tourism, so we don't anticipate any regulations being placed in those areas that would prohibit us from continuing.
