The prices are still pretty affordable and the state is predicted to grow. 

The cost of living is low, housing is more affordable (8% less than the national average), and home values are predicted to increase by 8.4% in the next year.

There is always going to be somewhat of a subjective element when you are speaking about the "best markets" going forward, because you are making predictions/forecasting.

I'm more tempted to wait until the middle part of 2024I can't predict the bottom but I'd rather refi on the way back up as opposed to on the way down
