I believe so strongly in this that I have actually decided not to pursue an MBA at this time.Consider the time and money required to get an MBA, along with the fact that the coursework is really aimed to molding students into useful gears to fit inside large businesses.

Hi Kevin,Personally, if you are just starting up and don't have sizable assets to protect, an umbrella policy would suffice.

We will aim for 4/1 but if it takes a bit longer to get a good tenant, that is fine too.The rental market is tight on anything under $1000.

Obviously I'm in Calif, but I've found Farmers to provide a good Landlord Policy and a reasonable rate - - it comes WITH liability insurance.
