She's now written me a letter saying she will not pay for all the walls and she made a video the day she moved out and got a quote from her own licensed painter and he would only charge 700 so she wants 1300 back or she's suing me for her deposit plus pain and suffering in small claims court.

And as stated in a previous post, when you start bringing potential deals to Investors you will be planting the seeds for mentorship.But that's just one way, maybe with your terrific credit you could finance a duplex or triplex and live in one unit while renting out the other(s).
