(I guess the reason I'm asking is because I'm introverted and networking is going to be a challenge that I must overcome).

I was opened up to other possibilities when i attended the "guru" 3 day workshop..i NOW know that i could have saved my savings and found the same information on this site...BUT coming back from the workshop with questions was what got me to this site...now i am more intrested in doing wholesale and rentals(some flips along the way)..i must admit that writting this took a lot from me because i tend to be very shy(which i know i have to overcome).

I would like to get started, however there are some factors that prevent me from doing so.How does one overcome fears they may have with financing or the rehabbing of a project before you even start?

I would be glad to find a mentor in MHP industry to help me to overcome the fears of starting out.
