There are 3 people that are looking to move in. 2 of them passed background check and income verification.

The whole process will take 2 hours start to finish and I am not even interested in billing them for the time, time is more valuable to me than money, and I just dont want us to have to take the time. 

That might be do-able in a very low cost of living area or moving out of the USA to another country.

Maybe i'll make a separate post on that process if there's interest.  

Hello, I’m in the process of closing sale on some land I inherited.  

I'm originally from San Francisco and settled on Columbus, OH back in 2021 as my main market before moving here to focus on it full-time.

I just moved to the Woodland Hills area and am an experienced real estate investor.

A lot of my out of state real estate clients really like this market because the macroeconomics look so good for this market - population is growing, job growth is growing, and so many companies moving and developing here.

Choosing to rent to an unqualified tenant due to early move-in has resulted in nonpayment of rent and going through the eviction process which I will make a future post about. 

Also, 44102, depending on the neighborhood, could be really valuable moving forward.
