Have any of you worked with manufacturers that you can recommend that can do custom wood window matching at a reasonable price?

Something like a duplex to start, maybe a B class property (I honestly don't know exact distinctions of each class, but definitely want something safe in exchange for less cashflow at least for the first time).

Note:  she is going to rep that other buyer too.Simply put, I said I will match their terms and come up in price.

The Umbrella form needs to match the underlying form on the Dwelling policy.

My county only reports on square footage so that's the only thing the underwriting team will likely match up. 

And then as far as I know on the County side, for the newest document being recorded, let's say a title transfer, does the Grantor on the new doc (the person/entity selling), match the Grantee on the last recording (the person/entity that bought the property).

They often do not match up with the passive investors expected outcome.  

There is a often a frustrating game of "herding cats" that can happen when trying to use a separate contractor AND a management company that is capable of integrating with construction thanks to both of the groups having distinctly different processes. 

Look at your market rates and decide if you want to lower prices, match or raise them based on location, amenities, etc.
