Hello @Jessyca Jones I would suggest no and low money down - Brandon Turner ( this book will give you some insight on how to invest in RE multiple ways using CREATIVITY instead of CASH) and managing rental properties- Brandon turner this book is by far my favorite because he literally goes through every trial tribulations you will endure and lays out what it means to be a landlord.

If your budget it tight going into the project, a bad rehab with no other funds available could literally bankrupt you.As an example, on our first "house hack", we bought a duplex, anticipating one tenant would move out, and we would sell our condo that we had under contract.
