What kind of doors (6 tabs/2 tabs) what color of interior walls, what type of countertops (Granite/laminate)...

The home came with a garage across the street, has its own tax bill, light bill and property.

The one other thing I can think of is to get some pops of color in front as well.

Can anyone shed some light on this property? 

Turnkey or light cosmetic work needed?

Needs new kitchen, bathrooms, tile flooring throughout, paint, light/fan fixtures, HVAC unit.

Not to sway you in any direction, however, I typically recommend that the first deal be a light cosmetic rehab that will cash flow accordingly.

Find a friend or relative who owns property who's willing to let you try your hand at a super simple project, like cleaning out the trap under a sink or replacing an electrical switch faceplate with one in a different color.

This super cute house has new roof, new plumbing, electrical system, interior/exterior painted, double pane windows, ceiling fans throughout, new doors, new kitchen cabinets, new light fixtures, wood floors, granite kitchen countertops, new stove, exhaust and back splash.

I bought this with private money entirely, including 20k budgeted for light renovations.
