I specialized in apartment rentals city-wide (imagine something like sales showings, minus the convenience of MLS and client exclusivity) and property management, which in tandem prepared me to provide an accurate market analysis to potential local investors looking at rental income.

Imagine the listing agent getting an email from an agent they haven't talked to on a property they haven't seen or shown for an FHA at 40% below asking price.

A call center type approach is very impersonal which probably works fine for large complexes but I don't imagine it would be as appealing to tenants in small multis or SFRs.

It's definitely a fixer; nothing hard, just a lot more of "fixes" than you would want to imagine.  

I can't imagine someone stole that type of sign.I'm guessing the contract doesn't mention this at all.

All good though, things are going much better than I would have ever imagined..

It must have been a great experience I would imagine living abroad. 

Then, I imagine I'll pull out the equity of the investment property to pay off and free up the HELOC funds.

I imagine it's worth the try though.

I can't imagine too many incidents that would warrant more than a few million in coverage.
