My plan is to utilize the BRRRR method to pull out equity for future purchases.

Now, researching methods of generating leads (and asking the friendly folks at BP about those methods) is a good use of time -- but you want to be the one initiating contact if someone's lead generation product seems worthwhile. 3.

I think its great that people are thinking of over ways of generating an income other than the traditional 9-5 methods.
