The best mileage tracking app I ever used shut down but could be highly integrated with Evernote but did not require Evernote.Selecting on the maps from the app provides minimal capability.Overall I am happy with the product but disappointed with their transition to paid service.

I am thinking about reading  "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down: Real Life Strategies for Investing in Real Estate Using Other People's Money" and wanted some opinions before I buy it.P...

The best books I've read about commercial real estate include "The Best Real Estate Syndication Book Ever by Joe Fairless" and "The Real Book of Real Estate by Robert Kiyosaki" Even if you're not trying to syndicate anything, read the first one because it'll teach you a ton about buying commercial sized properties.

I've only ever invested into single families before. 4. what are some creative offers you would present to the owners? 

If I ran only when the weather was perfect and everything was nice I would hardly ever get started.

Close to everything and nice beautiful old neighborhoods. and if we ever get 50 inches of rain again were all moving up North!
