Has anyone read the in the "The Best Real Estate Books Ever"?

I am thinking about reading  "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down: Real Life Strategies for Investing in Real Estate Using Other People's Money" and wanted some opinions before I buy it.

Please let me know if it's worth it as well as some of the other books outlined in that PDF.
