Fortunately, all we needed was a copy of the PSA, a statement from the broker saying that the deal was publicly marketed with multiple offers, and a couple appraisal blurbs and... boom... you've got a certified, undeniable market value to tie to.

They will also have no idea what a Use of Loan Proceed Statement is.

Notifying this Lender that they will be receiving payments from a different entity (my company) and to send future statements and notifications to this entity instead of the current borrower (seller). 

@Eddy Khaled Contact a title company in your area they'll have a sales rep you can speak with or look one up online they usually will have their contact info and email listed.

I don't see an email address on your profile so we'll have to become colleagues in order for me to forward. 

Few ask and it is generally not disclosed until you see the closing statement, so if you get to closing and it is $500 or $600 then you feel like you paid too much.... 

Does it have a listing agent that you can send a message/email too
