I’m really motivated to start investing in multi unit buildings.

I went to tons of networking events on Oahu while I was there and it always kept my motivation going.I noticed there were not as many meet ups here when I was looking them up, so I figured I would try and start one just to see if there's any interest.I was thinking of hosting a meet up on October 21st at Ono Brewing Company in Chantilly around happy hour time.

That's probably your best, most cost efficient option.

It is not the most efficient but more times than not, you end up getting in contact with the intended party. 

We found a motivated seller and I got my first deal.

I have cash ready to buy, but no motivated agent to drive this next purchase to close.
