It also states that the new tenant agrees to the property condition report signed by the original tenants and damage existing beyond the report will come out of the deposit.  

They have a good selection of upholstered & wood furniture also, which can be dressed up with new slipcovers, paint, etc. 

After rereading the contract, the seller acceptance date was 6 days ago, not 9, and the 2nd day after their acceptance I did in fact walk through the property myself and take pictures of ceiling damage, roof damage, and other issues.

If you were not working with an agent, that could have done a lot of damage to your offer, at least as far as the seller is concerned. 

They blame the cleaners but as an owner I’d like to make sure we are aware of damages.

These caused damage that couldn't be seen in my inspection of the MH.  

It might sound unreasonable but if you stepped on the agent's sensitive toe, then containing the damage is important.

Please note that windows damage is usually tenants responsibility unless otherwise is written in the contract.
