If you deal fairly as a buyer, competency is not an issue for a buyer, it is very difficult for a seller (or heirs) to prove and competency is assumed by the parties to any contract in court.

O by the way that is three diff pc.s of land- two costing me and 1 is a loss swindle (tho i have a paper with witnesses- I talked to an Att today and at the very least i have a small claims court for the amount i paid him.

Account Closed its time to grind it out..get with someone that's doing deals and ask him you would want to learn the ropes...1.doorknocking2.networking in a area 3.drive for dollars--vacant home,run down homes,etc to do a reverse look up with white page,been verified..etc4.probate-go down to the court house or find files online I hope that help!!

If some dude from out of state (granted Brent is a smart dude) can find the same deal on the internet that you can find, then that tells me it is probably not that great of a deal and you are not taking full advantage of your home court advantage.

If you are opening the LoC shortly before - or in tandem with - your mortgage it may not register on your credit history before the mortgage is awarded ... though these days such things are automated and near real-time, so there will probably be very little lag.Regardless, when you read the fine print of your financing application and/or the mortgage documents themselves there will undoubtedly be included a declaration where you attest the downpayment does not comprise borrowed funds.
