Usually the the only time you will see profit expectations on paper there is investing in the bad areas, and that is debatable in itself.Not saying it doesn't exist, but make sure the numbers suggest a profit.

We've been debating whether to drop the price again or to rent it, and had about the same conversation as you're asking.Better to focus on getting great deals than price ranges.
